Music Therapy at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music invites all MT-BCs and LCATs to “Vocal Percussion in Music Therapy,” a virtual workshop being offered on Sunday, December 11 from 2-5pm, presented by Anthony J. Riscica, Jr. (MA, LCAT, MT-BC).
Description
During this training, participants will learn the history of vocal percussion from various cultures and genres, as well as introductory vocal percussion skills, including beat boxing and scatting.
The cost of this event is $70 for those seeking 3 CMTE & LCAT credits, or $50 for those seeking 3 CMTE credits after fully completing this workshop. There are also four slots reserved for students at $20.
