Expectant and seasoned parents will learn to restore and reintegrate through music, mantras, and meditation in this workshop led by music therapist Mechelle Chestnut. By combining words and sound we will work to realign the communication pathway between the body and mind for optimal productivity, communication, and clearness of intentions and actions so you can be the parent you want to be. Your children and your family can benefit when you are thriving.
