Saturday May 26 @ 7:00 pm

$18.00

Let go and relax through deep listening and vocal toning.

Facilitated by Katie Down, MT-BC, LCAT and Michael Jay on gongs

Sound Bath Meditations generally run about 90 minutes including guided meditation, breathwork, and vocal toning. Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystal bowls, gongs, voice, monochords, and other therapeutic musical drone instruments are used to create a profound sense of calm, relaxation, and connection through connecting the body-mind energy system and balancing the central nervous system.
