Join us for Sound Baths, a sound immersion experience that focuses on the practice of deep listening, paying attention to the external sounds around us to reflect on what is happening internally. We will listen and hear not only with our ears, but with all our senses. Instruments will include 99% quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Biosonic tuning forks, Indian shruti boxes, harmoniums, didgeridoo and the human voice. Sound baths promote relief from stress and anxiety, alleviate pain, reduce emotional stressors and help balance the nervous system. Each sound bath is catered to the needs of the group and/or individual, and can be tailored to accommodate specific goals.
