Description

For singers ages 12-18 who want to keep their technique sharp and their voices strong this summer–while also learning invaluable vocal arranging skills–Brooklyn Harmonics Teens offers a week-long intensive and FUN group and solo singing camp! Led by the faculty of the Brooklyn Harmonics Teens year-round ensemble, this camp focuses on:

Breathing and Vocal Health
Interpretation and Style
Microphone Technique
Theory and Song structure
Arranging for Vocal Ensemble or Solo
Writing for Instruments

Camp is open to teens ages 12-18 (or 11, if entering 7th grade) who have some experience singing solo, or in an ensemble. Reading music is a plus, but not required.

  • 12:00 – 12:30 – Warm-Up
  • 12:30 – 2:00 – Master Class on Vocal Techniques
  • 2:00 – 2:30 – Lunch Break
  • 2:30 – 4:00 – Ensemble Rehearsals
  • 4:00 – 5:00 – Faculty and Student Performances
