Amy Winehouse Jazz Program
Pre-teens and teens explore the world of jazz and improvisation, learning repertoire that includes classic jazz standards, contemporary works, original compositions and music from around the world. Students work closely with professional jazz faculty and perform at private concerts, public recitals and community events. With an average student-teacher ratio of five to one, students receive personalized attention in an intimate group setting. Students enrolled in private lessons at BKCM may be eligible for reduced tuition enrollment; contact our registration desk for more information. Thanks to our generous donor, The Amy Winehouse Foundation, this program is open to all students and need-based scholarships are available..
