Prerequisite: 2 Years of Private Lessons

Strings, winds, brass, percussion and accordion players and singers are invited to join our Klezmer Summer Camp Intensive in the Klezmer capital of the world—New York City. No prior experience with Klezmer is necessary and everyone is welcome!

This session is geared toward advanced beginner / intermediate players and no previous background in Klezmer or reading music is required. Learning by ear is encouraged and charts and written resources are available for those who would like to read notation.

COVID Policies for Camps

Our camps this summer will be in person, with small pods of students. Each pod will remain together for the duration of the camp and within each pod, maximum of 12, students will continue to socially distant, stagger start times and follow all safety protocols as outlined by the current BKCM COVID safety guidelines.
