Serena Dayal

Serena Dayal is a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in New York, where she focuses on M&A and equity and debt capital raising for companies within the real estate and lodging industries. Serena previously spent time in the Mergers Leadership Group at Goldman where she focused on hostile raid defense and shareholder activism defense for corporate clients. Serena graduated from Princeton University in 2007 with an A.B. in Economics and Politics. At Princeton she participated in the University Orchestra and Chapel Choir. Serena grew up in London where she attended the Royal Academy of Music and is a life-long cellist who also plays the alto saxophone and sings (alto). Currently, Serena also sits on the Board of Trustees of her Eating Club at Princeton, ‘The Cap & Gown Club.’
