Mae Hsieh is a lawyer, business professional and non-profit volunteer and board member who believes in expanding access to opportunity. Mae’s early career involved serving as a corporate lawyer at Skadden and Arnold & Porter and in-house at Donna Karan’s fashion house and an internet start-up. She has advised hedge funds and media companies as an independent legal consultant. Mae’s later career involved working as a corporate lawyer at Marsh & McLennan before transitioning to business roles at Marsh & McLennan and Crowell & Moring. Mae is a longtime supporter of initiatives for a socioeconomically varied undergraduate student body, particularly in the sciences, at Yale. In addition to joining the Board of BKCM, Mae currently serves as Co-Chair of the Board of Womankind, formerly known as the New York Asian Women’s Center.
