Description

In this class, kids experience music as a group through stories, movement and songs from different cultures. This class offers an introduction to playing tuned and non-pitched instruments. Students learn rhythms, patterns and melodic shapes that start them on their journey in music. Parents and caregivers benefit by learning skills that support musical learning at home.

Financial Aid

At this time in the school year, BKCM has minimal financial aid left for spring 2026 Community Music School classes and lessons. To be considered for financial aid should additional funds become available, kindly submit the financial aid application. Please note: submitting an application does not guarantee that financial aid will eventually be awarded.
