This teen singing ensemble will learn and perform music across the spectrum of pop, rock, jazz, and world music, arranged especially for this ensemble’s skill level by Jeff Klitz, celebrated Broadway composer, and director of Brooklyn Harmonics. Students will develop the skills necessary to be a part of a top-shelf vocal ensemble, including repertoire interpretation, well-balanced section singing, and soloing.

Audition Requirements:
Prepare a solo piece with piano accompaniment. (We will provide the pianist. Please bring the sheet music on the day of your audition.)
Must be able to sing in tune and hold your part in harmony with others.
Reading music is a plus but not essential.
BKCM offers tuition-free enrollment for this class to all students currently taking private lessons. For further details on this program, please speak to a registrar.

Taught by experts in the field, our ensembles include performance opportunities and a chance to connect with a community of other instrumentalists who are interested in developing their artistry.
