Personal Teaching Statement: My goal in teaching is to foster a love for music making and high standards for future developments at highest possible levels for all of my pupils.

Biography: Adriatik Sefa, a graduate from two well-known universities – Eastman School of Music and New York University, is the founder of the “Youth music competition.” Adriatik received his first lesson in a small town of Albania called Elbasan. After finishing high school at the “Onufri” music school, he continued his studies at the Academy of Arts in Tirana, Albania. He has performed throughout the world, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and USA.

Adriatik is a member of Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, a full time music director and a new leader at P.S. 65 Mother Hale Academy. In 2003, Adriatik performed at Carnegie Hall as a part of Fiddle Fest which included musicians such as Itzhak Perlman, Jashua Bell and Yo-Yo Ma. Adriatik has studied with well-known teachers such as Uto Ughi, Boris Belkin, Oleh Krysa, Zvi Zeitlin, Roland Xhoxhi, Zhani Ciko and Bujar Sykja.
