As a seasoned Human Resources professional, Dede recognizes the value of people in any organization. Before her most recent position as HR Director at Strategic Value Partners (SVP), she was a Human Resources Manager at GE Capital and a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. Dede holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a B.A. in Physiology from the University of Minnesota.
