Diler Erdengiz has spent the past decade working for the United Nations, including, most recently, as a team lead in the Executive Office of the Secretary-General, coordinating high-level decision-making mechanisms and supporting integrated strategic planning initiatives. Prior to her current role, she served as part of the UN Operations & Crisis Center in New York, as well as as an analyst with the UN Mission in Kosovo. Prior to her UN career, Diler practiced law in Boston, Massachusetts and has held various roles at the International Center for Conciliation and the Imagine Center for Conflict Transformation focusing on post-conflict reconciliation amongst adversarial groups.
