Born on the Open Streets of New York City in 2022, HONK Family Band is NYC’s beloved block party band, covering everything from Talking Heads and Nirvana to Pharoah Sanders, Rebirth Brass Band and other New Orleans classics. HONK Family Band is a project of House of HONK! New York City, created to further the organization’s mission of “…bringing street band music and spectacle culture to audiences everywhere!”
