Nikki Schoen is a board-certified music therapist with extensive experience supporting early childhood development and the autism community. Although she has worked with individuals of all ages and various populations, Nikki shines in her ability to foster meaningful therapeutic connections with children and their families. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from Berklee College of Music, which paved the way for a career path that combines her strengths as a seasoned performer and musician with her passion for psychology and helping others heal through music.

Since joining the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music in 2015, Nikki has collaborated with a dedicated team to provide individualized care, long-term clinical support, and family-centered resources. Her work often incorporates songwriting, creating opportunities for clients to engage in self-expression and strengthen interpersonal connections. Through her thoughtful and client-centered approach, Nikki has become an integral part of the Conservatory’s music therapy program, consistently bringing warmth, creativity, and clinical expertise to every session and community event.
