Roger Lent teaches piano and trumpet. He is a versatile, seasoned jazz musician who has performed throughout North America and many European countries. He has appeared at Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, The Montreal Jazz Festival, The Ottawa Jazz Festival, The Aspen Jazz Festival, The Edinburgh Jazz Festival, Ronnie Scotts in London and major jazz clubs and performing arts centers around the United States.

Roger earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music at the University of North Texas and a Master of Music at Rutgers University with full scholarship and teaching assistantship. In New York, he studied classical piano intensively with the master artist teacher, William Daghlian.
