Yale’s oldest a capella group has never felt more new!
Every year, 14 Yale seniors are selected to be in the Whiffenpoofs, the world’s oldest and best-known collegiate a cappella group. Founded in 1909, the Whiffenpoofs were all-male until 2019. For the first time, two members of this year’s group carry on the tradition as the daughter and son of alums of Whim ‘n Rhythm, founded in 1981 by seven Yale women to create a senior tradition for women. Let’s celebrate this story of change and continuity and give this year’s group a big send off for their 2025 World Tour!!
General admission tickets are $40. To show your support and mingle with us beforehand, $50 tickets include a champagne toast and nibbles at 7 pm in the Conservatory’s garden, and $75 VIP tickets include champagne and first few rows VIP seating at the show.
