About Composing for Film
In our newest production studio, students will explore composing music for a variety of digital media including film. Students will create original compositions and develop their skills in melodic and harmonic writing, orchestration, thematic development and synchronizing music to visual cues.
Location
When registering for a class, lesson, or ensemble, please take note of the location. BKCM is expanding to a new location in the fall: One Prospect Park West, with an entrance at 963 President Street, and most of our Community Music School programming will be taking place at the new building, with some exceptions.
