The Chorale caps off its new season with music director Conrad Chu in a program examining great 19th and 20th-century expressions of spirituality. The centerpiece is Anton Bruckner’s sublime Mass No. 2 in E minor, which we perform in honor of the bicentenary of his birth. It will be paired with the equally metaphysical Hymn to St. Cecilia by Benjamin Britten.
