Soak up the summer sun with a day of music, movement, and family-centered activities at The LeFrak Center at Lakeside in Prospect Park! The Brooklyn Conservatory of Music will help turn Lakeside into an interactive musical playground at its Family Music Festival, open to families and park-goers of all ages. Join us for three hours of musical adventures, with performances and mini instrument lessons led by BKCM faculty members and friends.
If you’re planning to visit the Splash Pad next door, please dry off before entering the building.
Performances on our two stages are completely free for kids and parents! RSVP via the button below.
We are also offering mini-instrument lessons in ukulele, bucket drumming and woodwinds taught by BKCM faculty. Tickets for a mini-instrument lesson are $5 for one child + one adult. You can reserve your spot by purchasing time-specific tickets via the links below:

About the LeFrak Center at Lakeside
The LeFrak Center at Lakeside is a year-round destination in Prospect Park, Brooklyn’s Backyard, which is stewarded by Prospect Park Alliance, the non-profit organization that sustains the park in partnership with the City.
