The OMNI Ensemble will begin its 42nd season of concerts at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music on Saturday evening, November 9, 2024 at 8:00 pm. Music Director and flutist David Wechsler will host an evening of baroque, classical and modern music featuring:
- Alessandro Rolla’s “Quartetto No. 5 in A”
- Johann Ludwig Krebs’ “Trio No. 6”
- Olga Nazaykinskaya’s “Sonate en Trio in D”
- Andras Dereckei’s “Fuvolanégyes”
- Volkmar Andreae’s Quartette
- Solo harpsichord works by Sebastián de Albero.
Tickets are $25 general admission and $15 for students and seniors. $10 live stream tickets are also available.

About the OMNI Ensemble
As the chamber music group in residence at the Brooklyn Conservatory, the OMNI Ensemble perform concerts of enormous variety throughout the season, all designed to provide their audience with a musical diversity not ordinarily encountered within one chamber music group.
The OMNI Ensemble’s performing musicians at this concert include David Wechsler on flutes, John Kass on violin, Margrét Hjaltested on viola, Joseph Kimura on cello and Rebecca Pechefsky on harpsichord.
This concert is made possible, in part, by funds from the New York City Dept. of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council, The New York State Council on the Arts and Con Edison.
The Brooklyn Conservatory of Music is located at 58 Seventh Ave at the corner of Lincoln Place in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
